Dear Beneficiary,

I am not surprised not to have heard from you all these while, I know it must be the handwork of your partners. I am writing you to let you know that this project has changed and I have closed every door to assisting your partners because they have refused to pay my $300,000.00 USD as agreed from the beginning of this project.
