Du hast das schon ganz genau richtig eingeordnet - bei den 419-Scams. Wie bei allen diesen Briefen liegt das Problem für Dich darin, dass die liebe Frau Crawford Dir zunächst ihr Geld überweisen muss. Und um das zu bewerkstelligen, musst Du:
- Bankgebühren bezahlen
- Gebühren für spezielle Dokumente bezahlen (z.B. die ach so wichtigen "Anti-Terrorist-Certificates", oder ähnliches)
- Bestechungsgelder bezahlen, damit irgendein korrupter Banker die Überweisung freigibt
- einen Anwalt bezahlen, der die ganze Transaktion vornimmt
- ...
Dies ist nur eine Auswahl von Möglichkeiten, wie Dir "Frau Crawford" Dein Geld aus der Nase ziehen wird. Und hast Du einmal bezahlt, versucht man es mit der nächsten Methode. Das Geld für die Investition kommt sowieso nie, weil es nicht existiert...

ich glaub, ich war schon ein bisschen dösig am Abend, klar, sie bietet eine partnership an mit mir als großartigem representative und manager, das ist der Köder, ich hab zuerst nicht so recht kapiert, womit sie mich locken will. Alles klar.
