Die Nigeria-Connection und 419er Scam lassen grüßen. Hier als Lottomail.
Also genannter Vorschuss Betrug,"Advance Fee Fraud", des § 419 nigerianisches Strafgesetzbuch.

Es handelt sich auch hier, um den Versuch, per massenweise versandter Emails den Empfängern der Mails, Geld "abzuschwatzen".
