Dear Gentlemen or Madam,
Thank you for your information. We are more than willing to support you.
The named IP-address belongs to a TNG flatrate dialin-customer and is
assigned dynamically at the time of dialin. Unfortunately German law
regarding data privacy (compare http://www.datenschutzzentrum.de>,
currently only in German) does not allow to store the holder of an ip
address at a certain time as this piece of information is not needed for
billing purposes.
Therefore, we cannot identify the user that violated your rights making
it completly impossible to follow your request.
Please contact German law enforcement agency for further help.
We are very sorry.
Sincerly,
x,
Customer Care Center
Es geht um 78.41.82.10, also nicht wirklich eine dynamisch vergebene IP
