Ich bin nicht ganz sicher,ist es Betrug?

Hallo!
Ich bin neu hier im Forum und bin mir nicht ganz sicher,ob ich hier richtig bin,in dieser Abteilung.Ich würde gern kurz meine Geschichte schildern und dann die Meinung von anderen hören,ob es sich bei meinem Fall um eine Abzocke handelt.

Ich bin bei einer seriösen Partnerbörse im Netz registriert,für die sowohl Männer als auch Frauen einen Beitrag zahlen müssen.Dort wurde ich von einer Dame angeschrieben,die sich an mir interessiert gezeigt hat und nach meiner Bildfreigabe mir auch ihres gezeigt hat. Dann hat sie mir ihre Emailadresse gegeben unter der Prämisse,sie sei nicht mehr lange bei der Börse,ihr Account läuft ab. Ok,dachte ich mir,ist ungewöhnlich,aber probiere ich es aus.Hab mir einen neuen Account bei gmx eingerichtet und sie angeschrieben und es kam auch schnell Antwort.
Wir sind jetzt seit ca. 2 Wochen im Mailkontakt und gestern hat sie mir eine todtraurige Geschichte erzählt,das sie bestohlen wurde und ihr gesamtes Geld und Ausweise verloren hat.Sie hat mich (noch) nicht um Geld gebeten,ich habe ihr gerade geantwortet,ich würde ihr helfen.
Was mich etwas unsicher macht:
1.) der Weg der Kontaktaufnahme (ihr Profil ist dort noch aktiv,allerdings ohne Bild)
2.) ich habe ihren Namen gegoogelt und bin auf eine Myspaceseite gestoßen, wo ich ihre Bilder
wiedersah,wenn auch der Wohnort nicht übereinstimmt,allerdings war sie seit Mai dort nicht mehr aktiv und ist dort auch mit anderen verlinkt.

Mir erscheint das als sehr viel Aufwand für eine Abzocke aber ich bin mißtrauisch,zumal mich die Struktur ihrer Emailadresse an einschlägige "Einsame russische Frau sucht..." erinnert.

Warum steht das Ganze hier? Die Dame ist laut eigener Angabe in Nigeria für eine NGO am arbeiten und als ich mich hier umgeschaut hab,bin ich auf diese Abteilung gestoßen.

Was meint ihr als Erfahrene? Fake oder kein Fake

Ich hab mich als ahnungslos gegeben.Den Tip mit der Botschaft hab ich in die Email an sie geschrieben.Hab mir die Frage gestellt,wie jemand ohne Dokumente eine Überweisung abholen will,oder nehmen die das bei Western Union nicht so genau? Vlt sollt ich das fragen,hab hier im Forum gerade eine köstliche Geschichte gelesen,das kann ja auch Spaß machen,die zu verar...albern;-)

Ja, aber bei all dem Spaß sollte man nicht vergessen, dass es sich hierbei meist um kriminelle Banden handelt, die im Zweifelsfalle auch mal unangenehm werden könnten. Man darf deshalb keinerlei Informationen preisgeben, die Rückschlüsse auf die eigene Identität gestatten. Konkret heisst dies, Du darfst weder Deinen Namen nennen, noch eine private Telefonnummer oder gar Deine Adresse.

Ich Blödmann hab das gemacht. Zumindest die Telefonnummer vom Festnetz habe ich gegeben,allerdings steh ich nicht im Telefonbuch.Den Namen hat sie auch,der steht ja dummerweise bei der Email oben.Was sollte ich tun? Ich habe vor,nicht mehr auf die mails zu reagieren,ist denn die Gefahr sehr groß? Agieren solche Banden auch in Deutschland oder warten die eher auf das Geld?Mal eine Frage: Verlangen Botschaften wirklich Geld,um Dokumente zu ersetzen?Besteht im Forum Interesse,das ich die Texte der Mail hierrein stelle oder kennt ihr dies schon zur Genüge?

Regulär zahlt man an der Botschaft denselben Preis wie auch zu Hause, zumindest ist das auf deutscher Seite so AKAIK.

I.d.R. gilt: Die Botschaft wird auch ohne Geld helfen, wenn der Sachverhalt klar ist, bzw. wird das verauslagte Geld (im Zweifel selbst für den Rückflug) erst später zurückgefordert. Möglich wäre auch ein Laissez-Passer; hierzulande wird sowas durch die Ausländerbehörden ausgestellt.

Es ist wohl davon auszugehen, dass ein Staat seine Schäfchen (aka Steuerzahler) möglichst auch im Status eines solchen halten möchte und von daher ein vitales Interesse an der Rückkehr eines solchen hat... ;)

Von daher: Im Notfall nein, und wenn es kein Notfall ist, braucht sie auch Dein Geld nicht...

ch habe vor,nicht mehr auf die mails zu reagieren,ist denn die Gefahr sehr groß?

Es verläuft meistens im Sande wenn man sich nicht meldet. Was du machen kannst wenn die Geldforderungen oder andere Bitte nicht aufhören: Lege dir eine andere Mailadresse zu (web.de oder gmx) und sag ihr dass du einen Freund hast der zb. Anwalt ist und sich besser auskennt. Der "Anwalt" bekommt die neue Mailadresse , einen Scheinnamen und dann kannst du fröhlich aber weiterhin vorsichtig weiterbaiten.

So fing die ganze Sache an,ich hab geantwortet.Ich weiß nicht,besteht Interesse an ihren ganzen Mails,falls nicht,würde ich nur die letzten Mails hierrein stellen,denn wie sie ihr Geld "verloren" hat,ist in meinen Augen eine ziemlich skurrile Geschichte,die ich persönlich sehr amüsant finde.

Daraufhin gab ich ihr den Tip mit der Botschaft und den Rat,sich an Freunde bei der Arbeit zu wenden (ihre Verwandschaft hat sie ja über den Jordan geschickt;-)). Als absolut "Ahnungsloser",der noch nie etwas von Western Union oder ähnlichem gehört hat, biete ich ganz gentlemanlike meine Hilfe an.

Nachdem ich dank der Mithilfe hier erfahren habe,das Botschaften vorläufige Ausweise auch ohne Geld ausstellen und ich vermute,das eine NGO da auch helfen würde,wenn ihre Mitarbeiter in so einen Schlamassel geraten,hab ich nicht mehr geantwortet. dann kamen noch die zwei Sachen.

I thought you were being nice when you sent me the email but i guess you had your own intentions of abandoning me... so this is what you planned to do to me ??? is this what you call love ??? even if you were helpless with my situation, you would have told me instead of just keep silent... i am really heart broken. I have thought of so many reasons why you have not replied me and i just realized that you have left me to face my problem alone. I thought you came into my life to do wonders but now i realize you only wanted to have me in bed or what ever other reason, so you have no words for me...have a good life !!!
