Fuer mich gibt es hier einige Unklarheiten:
1. Es gibt die Suchfunktion, um zu verhindern, dass SPAM doppelt gepostet wird. Ich kann dort nach Benutzernamen bzw. nach Stichworten im Nachrichtentext suchen. Allerdings hatte der vorherige Thread nicht den gleichen Benutzernamen und auch die Betreffzeile war unterschiedlich.
2. Die Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen dem Posting "[uce] debt free " und "[uce] no more debt " liegen bei der Bezugsadresse im www. Hier wird beidesmal http://www.awayoutofdebtfast.com/ genannt.
3. Die Header waren nicht gleich - es wurden andere Wege benutzt.
4. Auch der Werbetext war unterschiedlich.
Wenn ich etwas falsch gemacht habe, dann verstehe ich es nicht. Fuer mich waren es 2 verschiedene SPAMs. Auch nach nochmaligem Lesen Der Anleitung "Wie poste ich richtig" kann ich als Laie nicht sehen, dass ich nicht nach den Richtlinien gehandelt habe.
Also bitte ich um Aufklaerung !

Die Gemeinsamkeiten zu dem anderen Spam liegen bei der beworbenen URL, und bei dir. Beide wurden von dir gepostet, es lag ca. eine halbe Stunde dazwischen.
Niemand erwartet, dass du genau weißt, wann jemand anderes den gleichen Spam mit einer anderen Betreff-Zeile gepostet hat. Oder wenn mehrere Tage dazwischen liegen. Wenn es aber so schnell aufeinander ist, solltest du dich noch so ungefähr dran erinnern können.
Bei der Kritik an der Suchfunktion gebe ich dir recht. Die ist zwar mittlerweile besser geworden, aber immer noch suboptimal, find ich.

Hi Nina!
Über die Suchfunktion habe ich mich auch schon mal geärgert, allerdings lief sie gerade einwandfrei. Eventuell gibt es da einen Zusammenhang mit den sporadisch auftretenden SQL-Fehlern.
Trotzdem ist es wichtig, den alten Diskussionsfaden wieder aufzunehmen, auch wenn sich der Betreff oder der Link ändern. Nur so kann man einen Überblick über das Wirken des Spammers erhalten und die Informationen nutzen, die andere schon herausgefunden haben. Ich suche teilweise auch sehr lange nach alten Diskussionen, um sie fortzusetzen. Schau Dir z.B. die dicke Krankenblatt unter http://210112.antispam.de/topic.php?&boa...&forum=11719959 (http://210112.antispam.de/topic.php?&board=210112&id=299522&forum=11719959) unseres Vollpatienten DOEDel an. Wenn Du selber schon zu dem Patienten geschrieben hast, kannst Du nach Deinem Namen suchen, dann finden sich alte Beträge recht einfach.
Grundsätzlich lohnt es sich nur Spam zu melden, wenn es interessante Angriffspunkte gibt oder man selbst gegen den Spammer vorgeht. Daher beachte ich nur deutschen Spam.
Einen Verstoß gegen die Regeln hat Dir keiner vorgeworfen, es gab nur den Hinweis, daß es sehr sinnvoll ist alle eMails eines Spammers in einen Thread zu fassen.

O.K. - das habe ich jetzt verstanden.
Etwas anderes ist mir jedoch unklar:
Heute bekam ich schon wieder eine Spam-eMail, bei der auch die gleiche URL beworben wird (wieder ein anderer Absender und andere Empfänger als bei der 1. geposteten eMail). Soll denn nicht auch die Haeufigkeit der SPAM-Belaestigung dokumentiert werden?http://img.homepagemodules.de/shy.gif
Jedenfalls hatte ich das so verstanden. Und wenn ich auch die Hartnaeckigkeit des Spammers zeigen will, dann muss ich die Spam-eMail erneut posten (im selben Thread) - oder nicht?
