klingt nicht nach einem native English speaker.
Vermutlich eher aus dem osteuropäischen/westasiatischen Raum.
Wer darauf eingeht, dem wird wohl eher das Konto leergeräumt. Oder aber
es handelt sich um Geldwäsche.
Man sollte auf keinen Fall [TM] den Anonymizer von http://www.webcomindia.net/tools.htm
nehmen und da in dem Formular bei highdecash.com irgendwelche falschen Daten eingeben.
Die Webseite ist mal wieder beim chinesischen Reistransport gehostet:

Zugegeben, Western Union würde natürlich zu den 419-ern passen. Allerdings sind wohl auch einige Russen auf diesen Zug aufgesprungen, s.hier:
