Dear Åström

My name is Mrs. Shila Mandoza, I am the wife of the
late Alexander Mandoza from Republic of Zimbabwe. I am
temporarily leaving in South Africa with my son Tambo
under political asylum. My husband was killed by the
President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe administration on
the war he declared against the rich farmers in the
country. Until his death, my husband was the chairman
of the Northern Province Farmers Association Chapter
(NPFAC). President Robert Mugabe declared war against
rich farmers who refused to support and join his
brutal regime. President Robert Mugabe ordered them to
be exiled, the farmers who resisted his order were
either imprisoned indefinitely or killed and their
properties were looted and burnt by his local
supporters.
After my husband's death, the president's supporters
still threatened our lives. The United Nations Refugee
Board was involved and assisted the victims' families
to evacuate to the neighboring country of South Africa
where we are at the moment. Please refer to British
Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) article entitled
"President Robert Mugabe's Crisis Against The
Farmers Association" for my husband's entire story.
South Africa is one of the few countries that the
Mugabe's regime allows doing businesses with
Zimbabwe. My late husband bought his farming
equipments from South and where he maintained business
account. Upon arrival to South Africa, our family
lawyer discovered that my husband had deposited the
sum of US $12.5million United States dollars with a
Private Security and Financial House in Spain as diplomatic consignment of
100%
non-inspection origin under family valuables and
assets.
Since the discovery of the funds, the lawyer has tried
to claim this money on our behalf, but our immigration status cannot permit
us to go there for now to make the claim. We are under pressure by the
Security & Finance house in Spain to come and claim the consignment because
it is over-staying and also there is pressure by the authorities to inspect
it. The lawyer has
advised us to seek for a foreign partner who we can
trust and transfer the change of ownership so that the partner can claim the
consignment as the new beneficiary. You will be compensated
with a percentage of the fund that we have to agree upon
or since I am interested in
establishing business in your country, we can even go
into joint business whichever one you may choose will
be accepted by the family.
Please contact me through my son's e-mail as soon as
possible for further details.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Shila Mandoza
